New Email
I have a Ymail account and I can not get into the account. I have been asked to change the password and they would send it to my alternative Gmail account
but I cannot pull up the mail in that account either.I have called the customer help number several times but have never gotten through before I was disconnected. They give you the following sites to go to where you can send an Email but that is not possible either. There is no Email address.That site is help.yahoo.com/idenity. I have not been able to use my Email for almost a month.
