Can I reopen a facebook page(not account) on another fb account?

Hi there, I was hoping to find out if it is possible to reopen a facebook page (not the account) on another fb account? I have a facebook page that I opened on my facebook account and I need to close it so I can reopen it on another facebook account. I'm hoping this is possible because I need to keep the 'page' name the same because it's on my business cards But I need to move it to another facebook account. Please help~De

Create the new account and make the new account an admin for the page. Then you will have control of the page from your new account. (don't delete the page, just transfer the admin role to another account)
