I have a btinternet.com email address that I have used since the days when I received my broadband through BT. A year ago I changed my broadband supplier to Talktalk and kept my BT email address. At the begining of this month BT without any notice decided to delete all my past emails. Has anyone else experienced this? The BT helpline set up a link to Outlook so that copies of my current emails appear there however I can't print or resend any of these emails as I keep getting a WAP missing message. Can anyone help please.
