When I try to access my att email with either my pc (outlook express ) or my iphone i am asked for either" log on info"( pc ) or "pass word missing" ( iphone ). I called att and they wanted 50$ to change settings on there end. I have another att email address on outlook express that works fine. I tried changing my password at att and doing the same on outlook.I compared settings on outlook exp btwn the working and not working address. It seems that the issue is with the email address itself. Help.
