bogus e-mails?

I have recently received a series of e-mails supposedly from MSN saying that they have database problems and need my name, hotmail account name, DOB and password or my hotmail account will be permanently deleted. I am assuming these are bogus????

Yes, they are phishing emails. Report them as spam/phishing and delete them.

Never reply to an email with any personal information, especially your password!
