My hotmail is blocked, I reset the password and my alternative email has not been active for years. I need to get into my email asap, important mail waiting. Flight info etc. Oh I hate hotmail! You can't even talk to someone, its all forums! Grrr
same here.since about 10 days.no resetting of the password helps.Validation process failed because since 10 years i don't remember answer to security question.
