Blocked hotmail account

I have created an email address and cannot access it as it says my password is incorrect. After filling in the automated questionnaire it says I have not provided enough information. I need to access this address urgently...how do I contact an actual person to help me sort this out?? I did provide an alternative email at the time I set the new email up.
