Have not been able to access my hotmail account that I've had over 10 years now since last Thurs. I have much valuable information to me in that account. It has not been hacked. I was copying something from facebook to paste and send in a message in hotmail when it locked me out. I tried to regain access and tried too many times and it made me wait 24 hours to try again. I did and am waiting for Microsoft to reply and tell me if they can verify I am the owner of the account. In the meantime I have changed the password to the account 4 times now as I established the security question as it is my account. I really don't know what else to do and am rather frustrated.
