Blocked email

My brother has tried to send me emails and it keeps getting blocked. His email is through earthlink. How can I get his emails?

Can you or your brother copy & paste into a reply the complete error message he is receiving when sending email to you is blocked?

I don't know. I never see anything. He gets a message that the email has been blocked by mx.quartz.syncor.com. He cannot send me the error message because it gets blocked.

That's the support for the residential side of EarthLink and they may be able to help troubleshoot his issue better and handle any smtp relay delistings and/or work with Synacor to fix the problem if needed.
