When I try to open my email, if the Bank of America banner pops up on the top of the page, I get the message "Internet can not open Internet Site. Operation aborted." Then I can't go back or refresh--nothing. I have to turn my email account right off and go through opening the email up again. However, if the Bank of America banner pops up--it will again stop everything. Help! What's going on? And how can I get into my email account!!!! Thanks for any help you can give me.
