I am going to be out of email contact for a short period and would like to arrange an automatic response to incoming emails whilst away. How do I do this?

What provider do you use for your e-mail ? (Gmail, Verizon, etc...)

Which email program, if any, do you use to check your e-mail? (Outlook Express, Thunderbird, etc...)

I use Utilities Warehouse as my server and then Internet Explorer before getting onto Hotmail.
