attachments not sending

Hi support,

Do you know how to help get my email unstuck? I tried to send some attachments but now they're stuck in my outgoing email.

Try deleting the email(s) with the big attachments and then restart your email program. Does everything send OK now? Which email service are you using? You may have been sending an email that's over their limit. Alternatives to sending big email include Google Drive and Microsoft Drive.
