Apologies, and thanks for information

Greetings Raymond

I'm writing to apologise for forgetting to thank you for the link you sent in your last e-mail about what an e-mail is. By the time I wade through this little tome I'll be an expert, if I live that long. I've just completed my nightly ritual of listening to a disk from an American organisation called Centrepointe. I have to listen every night for an hour and it's supposed to make me feel heaps better and get my brain working again. Obviously, it's a long and slow process - hence this e-mail.

Thanks, again, Raymond.

Best regards
James
