New Email
My AOL was recently hacked and aol has now lock it. I have tried to reset password however it is not allowing me to reset as it is saying my security question or name is incorrect. Is there anything else I can do?
When I joined aol 8 years ago they recorded my name wrong and I have told them 5-6 times to amend my name however this was never done. I could not amend myself in options.
I do not know what the spelling mistake is now as I can't get into old e-mails to check.
Any ideas?
I use this e-mail regular but have not used or opened an e-mail for a while so I'm not sure how it was hacked in the first place.
