Always signing in.

Hi all, My query is that even though I always tick the box to "stay signed in" each time I return to my email I am asked to sign in again. I never needed to in the past. When I am on my partners PC I'm always "signed in" so I figured I couldn't be signed in on 2 PCs, so I make a point of signing out on her PC, but still I have to continue to keep signing in when I get home & use my PC?? Any ideas.

Check things such as security software that might be blocking or routinely cleaning up your cookies.

Hi popowich, Thanks for your response & the link. I don't have firefox, but nothing has changed on my PC ie extra security added nor any alteration to my security settings. I've followed another link that was on the link in your reply, but I'm afraid I'm a bit of a "numpty" where PCs are concerned, & most of the info was gobbledegook to me. What I don't understand is the fact that on my partners PC I stay logged in? This has only happened recently, prior to this, all was okay.

Which web browser is on your computer? Is it an updated Internet Explorer?

'Morning popowich. I followed the link in your last response, which showed how to uncheck the cookies box, & that was the problem. Sanity restored.
