its been two days now and i have not been able to use my yahoo account, its says "You are logging in from a device we don't recognize. Learn why
For your account safety, please answer your security question below."
But I am unable to open the email address mentioned therein to receive the verification code, as it is not related to me to

It sounds as if you were hacked and the hackers added an email address for verification purposes. I am afraid that there is no way to get back into the email. You should set up a new email account and make sure you keep the alternative email current. (or use a cell phone number for password resetting purposes)


Some time these type of problems are created in ymail but if you want to never face these problems then try other email provider. There are many email providers like gmail, hotmail,, aol try to use it.
