First time here for me PLEASE HELP !!!! When I login to my hotmail account and open the new mail file and click to open one, nothing happens,it's as if they are frozen I can't open any mail or any other folders in my list.... can't move them or anything at all.... could someone have control...

I am SO happy I found this site :yay: When I login to my hotmail account I can't open, move, delete.... actually, I can't do anything except profile disconnect and things like that..... I need help please :thanks:
