hello all, 10 minutes ago i signed into my yahoo email (sbcglobal.net) . the first line in my inbox was an ad from VERISON i could not delete . i clicked on "ad block", it sent me to Google Chrome to delete> found ad/mail, found VERISON>clicked VERISON and ALL of my mail (EVERYTHING) is gone...

10 minutes i signed into my yahoo mail (sbcglobal.net) . the top line of my inbox was an AD from VERISON that would not delete . i went into "ad bloc" to remove it and it deleted ALL of my yahoo mail - A BLANK PAGE . how to retrieve it, please ? THANK YOU
