The email of one of my friends is being sent to my Spam folder some of the time. I cannot find an option to view or manage blocked email addresses under Yahoo Mail Settings. How do I view/manage my blocked email addresses? Why would some - but not all - of his emails go to Spam?

The email of one of my friends is going to my spam folder. There is no tab under settings to check to see if he accidentally got blocked. How do I see blocked addresses in Yahoo mail (there is no option to view them!) and why is my friend’s email blocked some -but not all - of the time?
