can any1 that works for scryptmail explain why i still have a free account ? please do keep free option

id not logged in for a month or 2 then today i log in and have 900 spam emails in inbox to deal with ! come on from now on if we label a sender as spam you need to block these senders this email service is going to hell also why do we only see about a dozen emails at a time ? why not show us...
