I keep getting a yellow bar across the top reading Problem displaying Yahoo.com caused IE to refresh the web page.

I am using the Picasa downloaded to my computer (Vista )

I use Yahoo mail as my default for everything, however when I try to attach Picasa photos it says click on Windows Mail to use the default but none of my photos have been delivered by Yahoo mail ?

How can I get into my email when all I get is a message with the error number. So now I cannot receive or send ANY EMAILS:confused:
