I am having trouble with filing emails that are in my inbox. Once I've read them I click on folder icon & select the folder I wish to save email in.
The message pops up on my screen saying
UNABLE TO MOVE MESSAGE
The message could not be moved to the mailbox _______ (name of my folder)...
