I dont think you can do so using hotmail. But with Windows live mail or outlook you can do so. Try this article and see if it helps.

Since you are using MailChimp, you might as well use their Forward to a friend merge tag. See the example here. Try this. It might help you solve the issue. Also ensure that you are only using tables. Do not use div tags in your email's html code since Outlook does not handle div tags well.
