Thanks, Ray. I didn't open the mail, didn't click on any links. Damn, it's tough trying to filter out this incoming nonsense. The bad guys are very good at what they do. Andy

    Email not received at verizon.net

Hi Ray, Finally got the issue resolved. My 'Return-path' was being altered by an internal process causing Verizon to reject incoming. An admin from onecom recognized this and showed me a work-a-round. Problem solved for good (I hope). Sure is nice to have a young geek who knows what he's...

    Email not received at verizon.net

Raymond, I am using the php mail() function to send mail to accounts on gmail, onecommunications, and verizon.net. The first two are OK. The latter to verizon.net disappears. Not delivered, not in spam box. How do I troubleshoot when I can't figure out what happened to it? Thanks again, Andy

    Weight of signature block

Hi, Outlook makes it quite easy to insert a disclaimer text at the bottom of each outgoing email. Can you recommend a maximum weight in KB that a signature block adds to an email? I have co-worker whose emails to me arrive at 96KB and reduce to 6KB if the disclaimer block is deleted. Thanks, Andy

    Deleted items in outlook 2000

My dialog box does give me the option to 'Clean Out Items older than (choose no of weeks or months)'. I have set this to 1 month and saved. Now I'm waiting for outlook to make the necessary deletions. There is sometimes a delayed response between my request and outlook's compliance. Thanks, Ray
