hotmail is a free account, unlike msn, their paid-for account. forget about getting any support from them. in my experience, they're miserable people to deal with, if you can even find a way to contact them.

i successfully filter out most spam, but lately i'm getting emails that i want going right into my spam folder. on my email page, there's no way to choose 'not spam'. how can i keep desirable email from wandering into spam? i use a mac. does that matter?
