when i check my e mail sayys o mail. when i press new mail there is mail. Why is this? Also mail page has started coming up when i log on instead of aol homepage.tried making aol homepage didnt work.

Hi Scottie,

Please try these steps to fix the problem :

• Login to your AOL mail
• Click on Settings
• Go to General settings
• In the New Mail section check the box for Display new mail automatically
• Click the Save button

Did these steps help you to fix the problem?

there is not a new mail section

Did the problem fix itself?

According to AOL Support, AOL had an outage that affected many users sometime in the last couple days.
