Help Sending Newsletters to Yahoo customers

Have you gotten a reply and answers to some of my questions from Yahoo?

(Incidentally, the feedbackloop reports from them DO give the email address of the person clicking "spam". I have only gotten one or two such reports.)

Hello,

We emailed back and forth a couple times. It ended when I confirmed that you were on a shared mail server. If you can't fix it with the content of your emails you're probably going to need to get a dedicated IP address if you want to keep working the issue.

Hi Edgar,

The fact that you are on a shared IP address is the hangup with Yahoo.

Consider getting a new host that can give you a dedicated outgoing IP address.
