Email address deleted from server

Hey guys,
I have an interesting problem, my email address was on a website called q.com that no longer makes new emails from that server. The email address was a backup for another email that I need to get into however. If I could recreate an account with the same address then I could receive the “forgot password” email from yahoo in this case. Does anybody know some sort of method for doing this? Or any other solution to my problem?

Any email To: a q.com email address is routed to CenturyLink:

You'd need to have the email address created there to receive an email to it, and also have some sort of web/pop/imap access to it.

If it's not working now there's probably not much that can be done to regain access, but it can't hurt to try calling CenturyLink email support and see if there is anything they can do to help.
