I have not received any new emails on my Hotmail account since yesterday. I would have expected at least 20 today. A few days ago I received an unusual mail saying I must urgently 'Up grade my account' otherwise it would not longer work. The messaged seemed very much like Spam so I deleted it without following any links.
Now I am not receiving any mail. Any idea of what is going on? I can still send mail from it. And an email I sent from another Hotmail account did arrive.
I have had the non-working account for many years and is my main coms method so am desperate to get it working. Any help would be much appreciated.
