I'm running Outlook 2007 in Windows. I'm unable to open or send e-mails because the Outbound and Inbound servers continually ask for my user name and password. I'm not sure what my password is - it's not listed with the rest of my passwords in chrome. I've had this problem for years but it went away awhile back. Now it's back with a vengeance. Solutions?

Are there any email accounts configured in your Outlook that no longer exist? An example would be an email address from an old ISP that you don't use anymore. Try removing old accounts you're not using anymore and see if that fixes the problem. The error messages should also have some names in them that will help you figure out if it's an account that should be configured or not.
