Emails not going out/Junk folder messages don't open or delete, etc.

I have Windows10 and WLMail 2012 AND 3 "errors".....

(1) My messages aren't being sent out, they sit in the Outbox folder for days even weeks! When I click on "Send/receive" I get this error message:

"An unknown error has occurred.

Subject 'Re:’

Server Error: 554

Server Response: 554 5.7.1 [P4] Message blocked due to spam content in the message.

Server: 'smtp.rcn.com'

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC6F

Protocol: SMTP

Port: 587

Secure(SSL): No"

(2) "Junk" folder holding messages since February 2015 where I can't open or move anywhere. The error:
“A problem occurred while trying to open these messages. Try again”.

I've been sending these questions to MS forums with no answers from them.....

(3) A terrible popup window appears when I click on one incoming message from my friend and it paralyzes my whole computer so that I have to shutoff the computer and start again. It doesn't say where it comes from, or some sort of a name and none of its links work. I just wanted to delete that specific email but when I click on it to delete it, it appears the dreaded popup. I made a screenshot but I'm afraid to lose this message if I go fetch it from "My Pictures". Is it permissible to send a screenshot and may I do it after I send this to you? Thanks ever so much! :)

Hi Adela,

It appears you have an outgoing email with a link or attachment in it that's blocking your queue because it's being rejected by your ISP.

Try deleting the oldest couple messages from your outbox and then try to send again.

Did that fix the problem?

Thank you popowich, I do that too and by now there are only 2 left that seem to be more resistant than the others. They usually get sent out by themselves after many days, which isn't always ok as there are urgent messages. What I was hoping to know is why they do it so frequently and WHO causes it: My servers? Or WLMail? Thanx again. :)

P.S. How can I send here a screenshot to clarify my Question #3? Do I click on "Upload a file" since I don't see the usual "Browse"?

Yes, please use the "upload a file" button to attach and insert a screen shot into a reply.

:thanks:

Here's the screenshot of that weird popup I mentioned in my original post in this thread. Hoping someone knows how to get rid of it forever because the ONLY way to get rid of it that I know of is shutting up the whole computer. And then as much as just posing (not clicking) on that certain email, it appears again, so I can't delete that message either...... Sigh... Will appreciate it a lot if someone can help. Leidirose

Can you click "view certificate" and attach that screen shot too?

No, when I click on any of its links nothing happens. They don't work apparently, and it stays on my screen no matter what I do except when I shut off the computer.
