If you are sending a link to a distribution address everyone that is in that distribution group will receive the link to the file.

So to answer your question yes you should in fact be able to send to a distribution group. I just tested this on my machine and it works a treat.

Let us know if you have any other issues.

Thanks

I am sorry but at this point I think it would be best for you to remain on hold as they would be best suited to answer this question. I would get a clear understanding of the program and its features from support.

I am sorry I could not assist you further.

Thanks
Stephen

Hi z,

How did this product work for you?

Can you let us know if it worked as expected or did you run into problems?

:thanks: -Ray

i communicated with the vendor and there is no distribution list feature available. i have need of 500 blind e-mail distribution for a club of which I am secretary.

The product would work fine if there was the ability to create a distribution from which i could send blind copy, but it is not there.

Mail Chimp would work fine if i could attach my document, but there you have to use their format.

So i continue to send 25 at a time with Outlook, blind copy. It is a pain

Hi z,

If being able to directly attach a file such as a 1MB PDF attachment is your biggest requirement then I recommend you try AWeber. You can also double check that they meet any additional requirements on our email newsletter comparison page. Getting started with AWeber costs $1 and they are the only service we have reviewed that supports directly attaching a file to email newsletters. Please let us know if you need any help investigating other features.

:thanks: -Ray

You've peaked my interest again in Adobe Now and I went back and did some test sending and it appears that others in the "sent to" line cannot see who else gets the message.

blenheimfire indicated a couple responses up that a link to a distribution list in Outlook could be made to work, but I don't know how to do this.

Suggestion?

I'm using Office 7 and creating the distribution list in Outlook is not a problem.

the issue is how to link the distribution list from Outlook to a e-mail program such as Adobe Now.

this escapes me.

You know, going back and rereading his post it appears that he simply sent the message in Outlook to an Outlook distribution list and linked back to the Abode Now location.

So never mind. I'm back to the same place again. I'll look at AWeber some more

Thanks for the help.
