How do you delete unwanted spam emails. I have 13,000 plus emails I want them all deleted.:o

Hello. My name is Sonja Silas. Everytime I sign in to Yahoo to check email, it sends me back to the password over and over. I can see my email in a box, and when I click on one of them, it will send me right back to the password. Yes, I know my password, so that is not the problem. Please help...
