    Ok it`s sorted!! I contacted these guys... secure@microsoft.com & they really helped!! my Dad had to answer some questions & they unblocked it for him YAY!! RESULT!!!

    Hi my Dad has blocked his hotmail account & he has been sent a code to a btinternet account what he hasn`t used for yrs & that is also blocked & it will not give another option ie.. to send to mobile or phone! HELP what can we do?:hammer:
