Spam issues

New Email
Hello!
We are currently having issues with our mail.com account, where emails sent from whitelisted addresses are going directly into spam, and we are unable to access them. We have tried contacting mail.com, but they aren't responding.
Is there a way to access the spam emails so we can still view them? There is no "spam" folder option, so we weren't sure if there was another way.
Thanks!!

Is this about sending or receiving mail from/to your mail.com account?
Have you tried log into webmail Free email accounts | Register today at mail.com ?

It's about receiving mail to our mail.com account...my husband has been missing emails that were on his whitelist, and soon saw that they were going to spam (from his daily spam update email)...but there is no spam folder available, where we could go in and view those particular emails (and the latest email he missed was tickets for a show)...it's been happening to him more often, and it's baffling him.

For clarification a screenshot.
On the left there's a spam folder. Are the additional folders displayed?
And how is the storage time set?

Thank you for this photo! My husband doesn't have a "spam" folder at all (see photo below). Is there a reason why? Maybe a setting?

Please check (email)Settings --> Mail Security whether Spam Protection is on. I have tested and the spamfolder disappears when it is turned off.
