AOL HELP............. NO HELP!!

I have been without my aol free email for 48 days. I contacted them initially by phone, they told me it had been cancelled but gave no reason. Further phonecalls to them, they said it had been passed to a Special Department whom I wasn't allowed to contact..... they would contact me in a couple of days........... that was 46 days ago! I have heard nothing since. Any advice???????

That stinks. There probably isn't anything you can do to get back the free AOL account.

If you want to avoid having this problem again in the future, consider registering your own domain name.

Many registrars include free email hosting with domain purchases, and you'll be guaranteed at least a minimal level of support for your email.
