New Email
When anyone in my house sends an email using windows live it appears to have been sent from the email address associated with the ISP account (Virgin in this case).
"Reply to" works OK but the email address from which email is sent is still the ISP address.

e.g.
Email address being checked (POP3) is abc@uk2.net
ISP login in xyz@ntlworld.com
SMTP is Virgin
Emails sent appear to come from xyz@ntlworld.com

I'm reasonably computer literate but cannot figure this one out for the life of me.

Any pointers very welcome.
Thanks in advance.

It looks like you're only using one SMTP (outgoing mail) server that's the server for NTL. You'll need to add an outgoing mail server for the Uk2.net address. I'm not very familiar with Windows Live but it should be in account settings.
