To fix the web browser notices you need to either upgrade your Internet Explorer or Firefox,
or trick Yahoo into thinking you're using one of those browsers if you prefer to use Safari or Opera.

This is the link for the latest version of Internet Explorer from Yahoo:

This is the link for the latest version of Firefox from Yahoo:

The only reported work around for Firefox (Mac) is:

  • Not supported - Choose Safari or Opera, or run Firefox from a Windows VM
To trick Yahoo into thinking your Safari (Windows) is Firefox see this guide:

To trick Yahoo into thinking your Safari (Mac) is the latest version see this guide:

To trick Yahoo into thinking your Opera is Firefox see this guide:
http://www.emailquestions.com/yahoo...-upgrade-your-browser-notices-yahoo-mail.html

To get past the upgrade notice for Opera (Mac):

  • Right click on the "continue without upgrading" link and open it in a new tab
To trick Yahoo into thinking your CometBird is Firefox see this guide:

This is the link for the latest version of Chrome from Google:

If you are using a different browser please let us know which one is getting the upgrade notice.
