Some solutions are based on fixing a problem reaching or logging into mail.yahoo.com, while others are aimed at fixing a spyware or virus problem on your local computer and are unrelated to the service upgrades. - Login at Yahoo - login
- Try the international login page at Yahoo! Everything & World
- Try to login from another computer

- If you can login from the second computer try the following steps on the first computer :
- Force a page refresh. While holding down the control key on your keyboard hit the F5 key.
- Upgrade to the latest versions of Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox from Yahoo.
- Also available are the latest versions of Google Chrome or Apple Safari
- Try switch between web browsers, for example if you use Internet Explorer, try Chrome.
- Try switching between the basic and full featured Yahoo Mail
- Upgrade your Adobe Flash player.
- Update the remaining software on your computer with Secunia PSI
- Clear your web browser cache
- Make sure cookies are enabled and clear your cookies.
- Internet Explorer Users: Restore the default web browser security levels.
- Check your Anti-Virus software and make sure it is up to date. If you do not have an anti-virus program I recommend installing Avast personal edition.
- Update and run your anti-spyware programs such as Malwarebytes
- Do you have the current versions of your security and firewall software installed such as Norton Antivirus?
- Instead of using your ISP's DNS servers use the OpenDNS servers.
- Sometimes Yahoo is the problem, try waiting an hour and try to login again by going to mail.yahoo.com.
- You probably tried already, but if not, try rebooting your computer.
- Live support for your account can be purchased by upgrading to Ad Free Yahoo Mail.
