Im having trouble emptying my deleted file in windows Vista email, can any one give me a solution to my problem, Thanks

What error message are you getting when you try to empty the deleted mails folder?

Dont get no error message, It just doesnt empty the file box.

click on send and receive email, then click on offline to go offline and you will then be able to clear the deleted files.
