Yahoo messages not delivered

Sent an email to three people with an attachment. They did not receive my message. However, I sent the same message to another Yahoo account that I have and it was delivered. What's the problem?

Are you sending from a Yahoo account?

Did you get back a bounce message after sending?

What kind of file was it? What is the extension?

If you zip the file before sending does it get delivered?
