Yahoo Error Code 14

I am unable to access my emails on yahoo.com.au. It tells me I have error code 14. I have cleared the cache and cookies, restarted the computer and it is still not working. the 1 800 318 0612 number tells me it is not a valid phone number.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY EMAILS???!!!!

Thank you Popowich. My emails have reappeared. Yay!

However the number tells me that it is not a valid number. Is it an US number? As I live in Australia. Therefore, do I need to put the country code prefix in front of it when I call?

That phone number comes from the Yahoo Help site.
