Unable to process request at this time - error 999 - Unfortunately, we are unable to process your request at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later.

This is a general error code that Yahoo generates when it doesn't have a more specific error code. It essentially means "Oops! Something went wrong, but who knows what went wrong. Try again later.

If you only receive this error once or twice you are probably best off ignoring it.

If the error is persistent over several days you may have a problem with your computer or connection that yahoo is detecting and blocking. Some things you can try, that likely won't help, but that you can try include clearing your cookies, clearing your browser cache, and updating your flash player to the latest version.

You can also try logging into your Yahoo mail from an international server such as http://world.yahoo.com and accessing your email from that page.
