Why is it that we send people to jail and they do there time, come out as a felon, we want them to come back and get jobs and do well for themselves. Then no will give them a job due to them being a Felon and they can't rent a place to live because they are a Felon, so they will just end up in jail again for there is no way for them to live in the real world.
When you have served your time for a victimless crime 20 years ago and you fill out applications for a job or a place to live they say no we will not take you for you are a felon, what chance do they have? They are punished the rest of their lives for a mistake that they had made when young and stupid.
