Are you a webmail user that recently configured a POP3 program on your computer such as Outlook Express to download your emails? The reason your e-mail is missing from your webmail is that it has been downloaded into your desktop mail program. To fix this problem going forward you can check your settings and enable the option to leave a copy of messages on the server.
