Greylisting (graylisting) is when a mail server drops incoming smtp connections from a source that it does not recognize. The mail server using greylisting as a defense against spam is configured to drop the first few connections, but then accept them when you retry later. A properly configured e-mail server will retry again and there should be no problem with the message eventually getting through to it's intended destination.
