    Hello,

The incoming and outgoing mail servers for COX Communications are based on the region you receive service in.

    POP Server: pop.east.cox.net
    SMTP Server: smtp.east.cox.net

    POP Server: pop.central.cox.net
    SMTP Server: smtp.central.cox.net

    POP Server: pop.west.cox.net
    SMTP Server: smtp.west.cox.net

If you are not sure which region you live in please see the cox region tool at their support site.

According to this page the current limits for email sending through Cox are 300 recipients per message and 100,000 recipients per hour. Cox Business e-mail servers also limit each source IP address to approximately 900 messages per hour.
