Tracing e-mails

I would usually think that this is spam but it does not have any information - no IP address and it seems jumbled from message at the beginning to change to something different at the ending. What do you make of this? I will copy for you what I received.

Hi Farris,

That's at the very least spam, it could be worse and have some sort of phishing / malware link too.

Mark it as spam and do not click any links in the email.
