Why does the time/date NOT stay on my incoming mail page? MY old mail, my draft page, my sent page andy where that it should be, it is gone!
Talked to some one about a week ago, followed instructions; never did get it.
Talked to LIVE help a good week ago & he sent me to BETA.mail.aol.com. I got it on my New mail page. Said TY & hung up. But it was no place else. Next time I get on, it's gone. I tried the beta thing again & got it, but only on whichever tab I am on. Can't get it on more than one tab.
In other words if I'm in New Mail, copy something, go to drafts on a different tab,to paste & save it...the time/date is not there or any where else I might g
o on that 2nd tab.
Also, everytime I go to paste something in the Subject line, I click on the line (which I have to) & a menu comes down with everything else I've put on there recently.
