Which addons do you use to improve the accuracy of your client side spam filtering in Thunderbird?

Do you usually let the email provider do most of the spam filtering?
I recently removed the spam filtering on my custom domains and let it so that I'm only doing virus scanning on those emails.
I've been letting Gmail do the content filtering instead of SpamAssassin.
Some accounts I only check from Thunderbird and don't have them forwarding into my Gmail.
